Welcome to photo2url. By accessing or using our image hosting and link generation service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Acceptance of Terms By uploading images, generating links, or otherwise using photo2url, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time; your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Service Description photo2url provides image hosting and direct link generation. You may upload images within the limits of your plan and receive shareable URLs. We offer three plans: - Free: 3 MB per file, 15 uploads/day, 200 MB storage, 180-day retention - Plus ($12.99/mo): 50 MB per file, 1,000 uploads/day, 100 GB storage, permanent retention - Enterprise ($89.99/yr): 256 MB per file, unlimited uploads, 200 GB storage, permanent retention We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. Your Responsibilities You agree to: (a) provide accurate information when registering or contacting us; (b) use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws; (c) not attempt to bypass security measures, rate limits, or access controls; (d) not use the Service to distribute malware or interfere with the Service or other users; (e) take full responsibility for the content you upload and the links you share. Prohibited Content You may not upload or share content that: (a) depicts or promotes child sexual abuse (CSAM) — we will report such content to law enforcement immediately; (b) infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights; (c) is illegal, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or violates others' privacy; (d) exploits minors, promotes violence, or incites discrimination; (e) contains malware, phishing, or any other harmful code. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts at any time, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe the content violates these Terms or applicable law. Intellectual Property You retain ownership of the images you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and serve your images solely as necessary to operate the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content. Our name, logo, and Service are our intellectual property. Disclaimer of Warranties The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use the Service at your own risk. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, photo2url and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or zero if you have paid nothing). Paid Plans and Billing Paid plans (Plus and Enterprise) are governed by the terms of our payment provider, Waffo. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. You may cancel, upgrade, or downgrade at any time from your Dashboard. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
